- SMS data: Phone numbers and message content for the text messages sent to, and received from, people who call Savvy Connects.

3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used to:
- Send an automated text message with a booking link when a call to Savvy Connects goes unanswered
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Read and respond to replies from callers
- Deliver call summaries and logs to our business clients

4. SMS Messaging
When you call Savvy Connects and the call goes unanswered, you hear a short recorded notice that you will receive a text message with a link to book a time. By calling and hearing that notice, you consent to receive that text message in reply to your call. We send one automated message per missed call, plus replies if you write back, so message frequency is typically one message per missed call. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Information Sharing

- With our business clients: Call data and appointment details are shared with the client business whose phone line you called.
- With service providers: We use third-party platforms (such as Retell AI, Twilio, and Google Calendar) to operate our services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.

6. Data Retention
We retain call recordings and transcripts for a reasonable period necessary to deliver our services and fulfill our obligations to business clients. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us directly.
