1. Program Description
Savvy Connects LLC ("Savvy Connects," "we," "us," or "our") provides missed-call text-back and lead capture services to local service businesses, with optional AI voice answering. As part of this service, when a call to Savvy Connects goes unanswered, we send the caller a text message with a link to book a time.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, visiting our website, or interacting with our AI voice agents, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
When you call Savvy Connects and the call goes unanswered, you hear a short recorded notice that you will receive a text message with a link to book a time. By calling and hearing that notice, you consent to receive that text message in reply to your call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Callers who do not want a text can hang up or reply STOP at any time.
- Message types: One automated missed-call text with a booking link, and replies if you write back
- Message frequency: Typically one message per missed call
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
- Opt-out: Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to stop receiving messages

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Consent page for the exact notice and message flow.
4. Use of Services
Our services, including any AI voice agents we offer, are provided as a communication tool for local businesses. You agree not to:
- Attempt to deceive, manipulate, or misuse the AI voice system
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the proper operation of our systems or those of our clients
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Savvy Connects LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from use of the service. We are not responsible for decisions made by our business clients based on information captured through our AI agents.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Connects LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments, lost business, or reliance on AI-generated information.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
